Kinaxis

The Kinaxis office building, located at the corner of Palladium Drive and Campeau Drive in the prestigious Kanata West Business Park is a 5-storey, 170,000 ft², commercial office building with surface parking. This project is the result of a successful RFP submission for a design-build, turn-key office building for Kinaxis, an industry leading, Ottawa-based, supply chain logistics company. The site was purchased by Taggart Realty Management who also led the design and approvals process in cooperation with Kinaxis for the interior fit-up. Doran Contractors is acting as project Construction Manager, providing budget and scheduling services. The building shell and exterior was designed by McRobie Architects with the interior fit-up designed by CSV Architects. The project is phase one of what could be a two-phase project including a second 5-storey, 100,000 ft² office tower.
